Kevin MacNeill

Kevin MacNeill brings over 35 years of extensive experience in the development and operation of resource projects, covering all phases from discovery through feasibility to full-scale production.

He has held several senior executive roles, including President of Etruscan Diamonds, part of TSX-listed Etruscan Resources. He is also the Founder and former Managing Director of Specialized Metallurgical Projects Pty Ltd, which was majority acquired by the CRONIMET Group. He served as Managing Director of CRONIMET Mining Processing SA Pty Ltd, where he focused on developing innovative mining projects that utilised sensor-based sorting and fine gravity separation technologies to repurpose historic waste dumps and convert low-grade resources into economically viable projects.

Kevin was appointed full-time CEO of EQ Resources in 2020 after initially joining the company in 2019. Under his leadership, EQ Resources has positioned itself to become the largest independent supplier of tungsten concentrate in the Western world.

Throughout his career, Kevin has successfully secured over $200 million in equity and $250 million in debt financing, underscoring his strong project development capabilities.

Kevin offers invaluable strategic insight and oversight, particularly in assessing and enhancing project value within the critical minerals sector.
