Luke is a co-founder and Shareholder at EMM Consulting (EMM), a leading environmental advisory firm. Formerly as CEO, Luke led the successful and sustainable growth of EMM to what it is now: international footprint; over 300 strong team; and highly diversified market, sector and capability offering. EMM’s success is underpinned by its leading culture, commitment to excellence and strong corporate governance. Over the past 25 years, Luke’s technical focus has been on strategic advice and leadership of environmental approvals for complex and high-profile mining projects for companies such as BHP, Rio Tinto and Glencore.

Luke is also co-founder and non-executive director of Verity Nature, which will achieve real action on climate change at scale by developing and financing blue, teal and green carbon projects in Australia, NZ and east Africa, and trading its own and third-party carbon credits and co-benefits.

Luke’s extensive experience in business development, sustainability, corporate governance, and the mining industry positions him well to guide Dover Castle Metals’ strategy and future.
