Company Secretary Peter Edwards was appointed on 12 May 2021. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University in New Zealand, and is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand. Peter is also a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries.

Peter has more than 30 years’ experience as a Senior Financial Executive, working with multimillion-dollar budgets with small and medium sized multi-national companies, predominantly as a CFO. He has been a company secretary for ASX-listed and non-listed public companies since 2012, and an executive director of an unlisted public company and a proprietary company since 2023. Peter has diverse sector experience and has been a CFO in the UK, New Zealand and Australia and brings a diverse accounting background; covering mining, resources, manufacturing and construction, industrial, services, health and infrastructure retail, leisure and property management and development.
