Steve is a highly experienced mining executive with over 25 years’ experience delivering major copper and base metals projects from feasibility through construction and into operations. He brings strong technical, commercial and strategic capability, with a proven track record in advancing development-stage mining assets.

He is the founder of JukesTodd, a strategic advisory and project delivery firm that he successfully built and sold to Turner & Townsend (CBRE owned), where he was the Global Head of Mining & Minerals working with leading mining companies including Rio Tinto, BHP, Glencore, South32, Newmont, Evolution Mining and Gold Fields with a team of over 650 personnel globally. Prior to JukesTodd Steve delivered senior roles with Ausenco, Bechtel and Thiess across projects in Australia, Asia, North & South America where he lived or travelled to and from.

Steve has deep experience in critical minerals project development across copper, gold, silver, tungsten and tin, and has played senior roles on major international projects including Cerro Verde Copper (Peru) Gibraltar Copper (Canada), Nui Phao Tungsten (Vietnam). He also brings valuable expertise in project financing, feasibility studies and strategic transactions.
